It was unfortunate having to cancel the field trip, however we do have another field trip on May 3rd. Permission slips will go home this week. Keep your eyes open for them! Here's what else you can look forward to:
Language
Arts: Students will continue their journey in the Wonderful World of Oz. In
grammar, sentence diagramming and classification continues. Spalding brings new
words and new markings.
Math: Students will continue a unit on linear graphing and data
collection. Next, they learn about mean, median, and mode.
Science: Students continue the unit on the
cardiovascular system, studying the heart, veins, and blood. This is a
three-week unit.
History: Students will begin a unit that looks
at the first six Presidents of the United States.
Reminder: No School on Monday, April 23rd! Enjoy the long weekend!
